Meet Dr. Sheetal Garg, a distinguished Ayurvedic consultant and Panchkarma specialist based in Chandigarh. With over two decades of experience in Ayurveda and a passion for promoting holistic living, Dr. Garg has been actively involved in organizing workshops and camps to spread awareness about Ayurveda long before establishing Shattayu Ayurveda.
Having earned her BAMS degree from Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College Chandigarh, Dr. Garg further pursued her MSc in Clinical Research, enhancing her expertise in the field. She firmly believes that everyone deserves to lead a life of wellness, and thus, she established Shattayu Ayurveda to amplify her efforts in promoting Ayurvedic lifestyle and healthcare.
